Terms and Conditions

These are our standard terms and conditions.

Delivery

• All deliveries of goods to destinations outside North America are via the Royal Mail. Goods will dispatch second class (2 to 3 days delivery inside the UK).
• All deliveries of goods for North America, with the exception of the TPM Online CD-Rom, will be mailed from within the US. The CD-Rom is sent airmail from the UK.
• Goods will normally be dispatched within fourteen days (and often within seven) of an order being processed. If dispatch is going to take longer (for example, if we are temporarily out of stock of an item), then we will let you know.
• The exceptions to this dispatch policy are subscriptions to The Philosophers' Magazine or THINK. All subscriptions start with the next available issue. Your first issue will be dispatched accordingly.

Refunds

• We have a 60-day no questions asked refund policy for all goods except subscriptions. Simply return the unwanted purchase, then we will refund your money.
• We have a no questions asked refund policy for subscriptions assuming that no more than one issue has been received. After that, refunds will be offered on a pro rata basis.

Replacements

• We have a 60-day no questions asked replacement policy for damaged and missing items. Go here for details of our support options.

Trading Name
